Sky;s the Limit with Natalie & Dean
Back in the Summer Natalie & Dean had a lovely wedding at their local church and then the reception "up top" at the Pennine Manor. Pennine Manor has unprecedented views overlooking the Huddersfield countryside, when the weather is fine the sky is blue as blue, however can be a bit chilly even on a good day. Bridal pre-preparation was split between Natalie's house and her mum across the road, so covering dress, shoes etc., in one house and make-up and hair in the other house, it was a good as we could flit between the two houses. Dean was at the church with his wedding party as bridesmaids and guests were arriving, the church soon became buzzing with anticipation of the arrival of Natalie. After the service we ventured the outside for the confetti shoot which the Vicar let us do in the actual grounds, we got everyone to line the path while Natalie & Dean walked down to a shower of confetti. Afterwards it was the drive to the reception and after some great shots with the car and shots on the helicopter pad- it was time for the receiving line and for me to say my good-byes, not before we had done a mock cutting of the cake, leaving the couple to enjoy the rest of their day.

Happy Birthday Alex
In the summer Alex turned 13, so for her birthday her mum Lorraine treated her and her 2 friends to a photo shoot. So we went to one of my favourite places Shibden Hall near Halifax. On good days we use the hall's ground and go up into the woods. The girls really had a great time and they were very relaxed which shows in these images.
Game for a Laugh with Elisha & Jamie
Woodlands Hotel was the venue after a Scottish themed wedding at St.Mary's in Outwood. This was another venture out as K W Photography/Videography, as a new package. This was such a fun wedding, everybody was so relaxed on a lovely spring day - the guys were all dressed in Kilts in the O'Neil tartan. Elisha looked beautiful and radiant, with her gorgeous dress, with beautiful bridesmaid. A piper was stationed outside the church to welcome the guests before the wedding. Woodlands was a perfect setting, with the weather being perfect. We got great shots both inside and out, also in the honeymoon suite after the speeches. The bridal party had great fun and they were very willing to do the unusual as well. It was a great wedding and I know that Elisha & Jamie were over the moon with the photographs and the video, with lasting memories.
Lucas
This is the first shoot of Lucas this year, at the end of the year he was joined on another shoot by his little brother Nico, however when I photographed Lucus, Nico was still a bump. I was photographing his Grandma's wedding a little later in the year, so Lynne & Charlie asked if I could photograph their adorable grandson. He is such a handsome little lad, a little shy but with encouragement from Grandad Charlie with some bubbles we got some great shots - he is such a lovely character and at the wedding again he stole the show.
Beverley & Howard - Tong with cheeky Camper-Van
In the spring lovely Beverley married the very handsome Howard and Howard plus is wedding party arrived at the Holiday Inn - Tong in a fantastic Camper-Van - what an entrance! The wedding was held at the venue on a lovely spring day - the weather was nearly perfect, there was a French theme and a entertainment with a saxophonist. Everybody seemed to enjoy them-selves in a very relaxed atmosphere with laughter and fun with all the guests. We got some great shots of what was a very fantastic day.
